Responsibilities:
Onsite Duties:
– Conduct walkthroughs and layouts with subcontractors
– Resolve plan/site discrepancies on-field or with project management and design staff
– Review work performed by staff and subcontractors for accuracy, functionality, and quality
– Assist in punch list development and management
– Ensure clean, safe, and organized work sites
Administrative Duties:
– Address and resolve warranty concerns and maintenance work with clients, subcontractors, and staff
– Maintain client and project information in company systems
– Review building plans and subcontractor estimates, perform product research and take-offs
– Order products and materials, track and coordinate deliveries
– Assist with code review, product/finish schedules, project binders, and change orders management
Requirements:
– 2+ years of residential construction experience, preferably in high-end market
– Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and Outlook
– Driver’s license and working vehicle
– Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
– Ability to deal with clients and subcontractors at all levels
Preferred Qualifications:
– 2- or 4-Year college degree in a relevant field (e.g., construction management, business administration)
– Massachusetts Construction Supervisor’s License
– OSHA 10- or 30-hour certification
